Situated on the edge of the charming fishing village of Burgau, this lovely Villa/town house is on the front line of the Domus Iberica complex.

The Villa boasts scenic views of the sea and the surrounding national park from the rear garden and the balcony. It is an easy 5 minutes walk to the beach and the village with its many restaurant and bars.

The Villa sleeps 4 adults with option for a 5th.

Ground Floor

The Villa is laid out over Three floors.

When entering the Villa you are greeted by the lovely entrance hall with access to the huge garage space/bike store.

Stairs lead up to the 1st floor.

1st Floor

A Light and bright lounge with fully glazed patio doors leading to the outside terrace. Large comfy furniture, dining table and chairs that will seat 6 in comfort. TV, Freeview, Hifi and DVD player.

Fully fitted modern kitchen with access to the outside terrace, containing every possible convenience you could wish for.

Bedroom One with Two full size twin beds, side tables, lamps, fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers.

*The main bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, vanity unit and under floor heating is directly in front of this bedroom.

2nd Floor

Master bedroom, with glazed doors to large private balcony with beautiful sea and country views. Full size twin beds, side tables, lamps, fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers.

* Bathroom Two is superbly fitted with Jacuzzi bath and shower, feature vanity unit, toilet and bidet. There is controllable under floor heating in this room.

If you have never visited Burgau, be prepared to be totally charmed! If you have visited before then you are obviously keen to return as so many people do year after year.

It's not at all touristy, but has plenty of bars and good restaurants, a couple of well stocked supermarkets and of course a fabulous beach. Villa do Sol on the small but stylish Domus Iberica complex is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a truly relaxing break.

The villa is 60 min from Faro airport.

10 min from Lagos.

20 min from Cape St Vincent.

30 min from West Coast.

30 min from Monchique.
